It certainly seems easy enough - my arms aren't sore today, but I imagine that will be a rarity. Tomorrow I'll do Day 2 - Week 1*, but I honestly don't know if I will be able to get through 4 of those puppies. I'm a weakling. But hey - that's what this is all about, right!?

Dang, I missed the starting day, but I will make my day 1 today, I want to play as well!
Oh! I posted about Day 1 yesterday, too! I did 4 on the last level, which was surprising because I when I was on the third round of 2, I didn't think I was going to make it. (But I did, yea!) Mr. Y however, wasn't too impressed. (Poop on him!) I guess I'll have to pull my support from the dog...she'll be happy for me! :)
I am a little concerned about starting with 4 tomorrow though. *Yikes!*
Well done! We will be buffed and toned in no time! :)
Can I join your support group? :-) I tried doing it on my own three weeks ago... but I keep forgetting to do it!! How's that for addle-brained?
The dude who started it commented on my post about it and offered to add me to his list of challengers. Of course, I forgot to follow up on it. I'm hopeless! D'oh!
I did 6 on Monday... and I am SORE as crap today!! My chest/shoulders especially. I am hoping to see some great results by the end of 6 weeks. :)

I'll join you. I did my 2 pushups...on my knees because I'm a total weakling.
I will be on day two of week one tomorrow. My arms are sore right now, so we will see how tomorrow goes. Keep up the good work everyone. I will be posting about all of our progress by the end of the week.

Okay - on the initial test, I was able to do 10 full-on "regular" push-ups!!! I was pretty impressed with myself (that trainer I've been working with is helping!)
So, for day 1, I eeked it through. I was really burning by the end, so I only did the 5.... :-( BUT!!! Tomorrow I meet with my trainer and I'm going to print out the schedule and have him work it into my routine.
**I meet with my trainer usually once a week, sometimes twice. It was my Christmas present to help me get into shape for the wedding!

I started this after seeing your post and am really excited! My initial test was a whopping 2 push ups. I completed Day 1 and 2, and am on to Day 3 tomorrow. My arms and abs are definitely sore!! This is great, thanks for blogging about it.

I just did my initial test which puts me at a level 2 (and yeah, i did just do push ups in my office). I think I'll be starting at level 1 though because i'm weak and level 2 is scary!
Hey, I've been doing this, too!!! I'm up to 30!
I did my initial test last night. I some how managed to crank out 6! I'm taking today off and then I'll start week 1 tomorrow!
