My official invitation review is up on Weddingbee! I'll be posting a more detailed post on the production and assembly of them some time this week - and perhaps a budget breakdown, because these puppies were SO cheap to make myself you won't believe it (in comparison to what some might think they'd cost)!
I'll also be posting about the DIY Favors I'm making right now. I love them and cannot WAIT to show them to you. They've turned out more amazing than I thought they would. In fact, reader Ryn may be helping me with them a bit tonight (yay! can't wait to see her). They're a bit labor intensive but SO worth it!
Sterling is doing MUCH BETTER! He is almost done with his antibiotics and has that kind of energy you get when you're couped up from being sick. Add that to his already rambunctious puppy energy and you understand the kind of trouble I'm enduring when trying to avoid wagging puppy tail! It's particularly difficult when trying to complete any sort of crafting - even more so when your dining room has turned into a DIY wedding jungle!
Our DIY Wedding Jungle Dining Room.I'm having to hold myself back from any other DIY projects that I've encountered in the past few months. Like a mass of paper lanterns hung above the head table (nothing to hang them on but sky), custom water bottle labels (no more DIY!!), and a photo session of Sebs and Ster as bride and groom to sit at the photo table (can't get them to sit still). If only I had a friend who was getting married some time next year that would welcome some creative ideas. Alas, I do not.
Are there any DIY projects that you've discovered and are DYING to accomplish, but know you won't?

I'm at the "we'll see what gets done" stage. I have lots on the dockett, just not sure what I'll actually get to. One that may get left behind is the infamous pootiekins floral initials. I have everything to make them...just don't know that they'll get done.
And by the way, my dining room table looks very similar!
Hahaha...alas, the only stuff we accomplished last night was drinking a bottle of wine and talking late into the night. Let's do it again soon! Water bottles would be a great idea...I'm sure we can find some super cute damask ribbon or use the xyron and make coordinating labels...just ideas. =)
Oh my goodness gracious, I LOVED the invites! And yes, I thought they were a pretty penny, so I can't wait for the breakdown...I've been showing everyone I've come in contact with, and bragging about your mad skillz!!!
So Impressive! I just saw your meet the reader debut on Blue Orchid!!! You are such a celeb. I'm so excited for you!
I saw the invites on the Wedding Bee and they are stunning. Great job!
